Calabogie, ON — TWOth Autosport is proud to announce its next chapter in professional sports car racing, expanding into IMSA competition with the team’s new Ligier JS P325, the first of its kind in Canada and only the second delivered in North America.
Acquired directly from Ligier Automotive in Magny-Cours, France, TWOth has established logistics infrastructure to support current and additional Canadian clients eager to join the Ligier family, further strengthening the country’s presence in global prototype racing and adding a 3rd LMP3 to their stable.
With a proven record across multiple championships, including national titles in TCR, TCA, Radical Cup Canada, as well as the inaugural IMSA HSR Prototype Challenge, TWOth Autosport is now turning its focus toward professional IMSA competition. This step continues the team’s tradition of developing talent, highlighted by drivers such as Chris Walsh in the team’s GSX entry in VP Challenge and Shopify founder Tobias Lütke, who advanced through TWOth’s program from Spec Miata to LMP2 with ERA Motorsport in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship in 2025.
“IMSA has always been the benchmark for professional sportscar competition in North America,” said Team Principal Travis Hill. “Their commitment to growing the LMP3 class in both HSR and IMSA is apparent, and an essential step in our team’s growth as we continue to build toward our goal of IMSA WeatherTech, the Rolex 24 at Daytona, and 24 Hours of LeMans in the future”
To prepare for the 2026 season, TWOth will debut its Ligier P325 LMP3 at upcoming HSR events in Daytona and Sebring this fall. These outings will serve as development tests for both team and machinery in anticipation of the IMSA season opener at Daytona in January. Canadian drivers, including team principal Travis Hill and two-time reigning Radical Cup Canada champion Kenny Riedmann, are slated to join the program as TWOth continues its push toward the international stage.
In addition to team operations, Travis Hill will be stepping into the TWOth Ligier JS P325 for the IMSA VP Racing SportsCar Challenge Sprint championship in 2026 as the team aims to build their presence in the IMSA paddock. Following his IMSA HSR Prototype Challenge AM/AM championship alongside team driver Tobias Lütke in 2024, Hill made his IMSA WeatherTech LMP2 debut earlier this year at CTMP and is now seeking to chase the VP Challenge Bronze Cup in 2026.
“This is the natural next step for our team and for Canadian motorsport,” added Hill. “We’ve built a solid foundation of experience and on-track success, developing drivers who’ve gone on to compete on the world stage. Now, we’re ready to bring the TWOth team into IMSA prototype competition with that same winning mindset behind the P325.”
The team is still finalizing its endurance lineup for the 2026 season with multiple drivers under consideration. TWOth will also continue running its pair of Ligier JS P315’s in HSR competition, maintaining its role as a development ladder with seats available for funded development drivers 2026.
