Leveraging one of North America's most technical and picturesque racing circuits, our development program uses a combination of Calabogie's lapping days, private test sessions, and convenient CMP Challenge Series evening race championship to bring our next generation of drivers through their first championship season.

Drivers looking to compete in a competitive touring car and TCR series, featuring front-wheel-drive vehicles, often start their development in a similar chassis.

Key driving techniques are developed early in a variety of FWD street or track car such as the 2008 Civic Si FG, used for lapping days, local & regional racing and endurance competitions across North America. This allows drivers to progress their competition level while driving in a consistent, familiar platform, before progressing to TCA or TCR competition in the FEL SCCC, WRL, HSR or IMSA

A natural progression for karters and the intuitive starting point for most aspiring drivers. Learning the fundamentals to controlling a rear wheel-drive-vehicle is a critical step toward the majority of high performance Sportscars, formula cars and prototypes.

Drivers begin with the team's street and Spec Miata cars, learning how to maintain momentum around the technical Calabogie Motorsports Park circuit in dry and wet conditions. A combination of test days and the local CMP Challenge evening race series provide the ideal foundation before drivers move to faster cars and bigger budgets.

We believe the Radical SR3 provides the perfect entry point for drivers looking to compete in downforce cars, with a competitive FEL Radical Cup Canada in our backyard. TWOth drivers learn the difference between mechanical and aero grip at Calabogie Motorsports Park through test days and CMP Challenge events before taking on regional and national level competition.
