TWOth Autosport Gears Up for Thrilling Canadian Homecoming at IMSA CTMP Weekend

Bowmanville, ON Canadian motorsport fans have a lot to cheer for as TWOth Autosport returns to home soil this weekend for the IMSA race weekend at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (CTMP). The Ottawa-based team will be fielding their Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport in the VP Racing SportsCar Challenge, driven by Chris Walsh, while Team Principal Travis Hill steps up to the top-tier WeatherTech SportsCar Championship with Era Motorsport in the LMP2 class, co-driving with Ryan Dalziel.

Coming off a podium finish at Mid-Ohio, Chris Walsh is building momentum in the VP Challenge series after joining TWOth Autosport last round. Walsh has adapted quickly to the high-performance Porsche GT4 platform, having come from BMW, signalling the team’s competitiveness in the series as he took home Porsche's first GT4 podium in VP.

“Chris has been a phenomenal addition to our lineup,” said Travis Hill. “The chemistry with the team is already strong, and to be able to chase results on Canadian soil with a Canadian team, that’s incredibly special for all of us.”

For Travis Hill, the weekend will also mark a significant step up as he joins the highly competitive LMP2 grid alongside seasoned veteran Ryan Dalziel. Hill’s partnership with Era Motorsport underscores TWOth’s growing footprint in top-level North American sports car racing.

“It’s always an honour to represent TWOth and Canadian motorsport on such a big stage,” said Hill. “Racing at CTMP in front of a home crowd is a dream. To do it both as a team in GT4 with Chris and myself as a driver in LMP2 with Era and Ryan is something I’m incredibly proud of.”

The CTMP weekend is one of the most anticipated events on the IMSA calendar, and for Canadian fans, the presence of TWOth Autosport across two major series adds a homegrown element to the international spectacle.

TWOth Autosport invites fans to come out and show their support this weekend. From grassroots success to elite competition, the team is writing a proud chapter in Canadian motorsport history, and this weekend, it’s being written at home.
